A Unique Stay nested by the Selá River
The Selá Lodge (Fossgerdi) is located on the lower part of the river, high up on the bank and just below the main waterfall. The lodge was fully refurbished in 2019 and has spectacular panoramic views together with a cosy lounge, a warm fire and an inviting bar. We would argue that this is one of the best fishing lodges in the world, let alone Iceland. Our resident chef will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we encourage you to relax at the end of the day in the bar around the fire. The Selá Lodge has ten guest bedrooms, all ensuite.
